We are happy to offer our properties for rent from late May until late October.
Off-season weekends, or "several days get aways" can be arranged. Contact us for rate information.
Non holiday weekend rates are:

$850 - 2603 second floor
*Please be advised that we do not wish to rent to any graduation, prom, senior week, etc. type rentals. We also do not allow pets.

Rentals not available to any groups of high school or college students for prom, senior, or graduation gatherings! We do not permit pets! From Memorial Day until Labor Day all LBI beaches are guarded from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, and Beach Badges, which can be purchased on the beach, are required.
